Our building, originally constructed as an office, has survived two world wars without major damage. Built in 1912, it housed the Caf茅 Oranienpalast on the ground floor for the first 12 years, where concerts and cabarets were held under the management of Oscar Barton. Later, the building was used for various purposes, including a venue for readings and cabaret performances, a department store, grocery store, and nightclub鈥攗ntil the business lawyer Dietrich von Boetticher acquired the property in 2008 and commissioned his business partner, hotelier Dietmar M眉ller-Elmau, to develop a hotel concept.

Since its opening in 2017, the house has been run with great heart and personality by Jennifer and Philipp Vogel. The internationally experienced hotelier and former Michelin-starred chef have turned Orania.性视界 into a place that offers all the advantages of a grand hotel but stands out due to its local character and equally individual and personal service compared to many classical establishments.
